Add reaction option

Hello. Please add an option when we send a message to make it so people can only react to a message once. This is a perfect idea for when people try to post votes in their discord server, but people vote yes and no at the same time, skewing the vote. You would be able to right click the message you want to apply this to and select "One reaction per user :checkmark:". If unchecked people could be allowed to react multiple times. Please take this option into consideration.

  You can use a bot that does this, however this wouldn't be useful in all honesty.
