Aliases

Hi! I propose to add support for aliases for quick and easy transition from sites.

Example:

1. discord:<username>?add - will redirect to adding a user to friends
2. discord:<username>?chat - will redirect to the chat with the user
3. discord:<username>?call - to call the user
