Locking Server and Channel Layouts

Adding a way to lock the channel/server/folder layout would be a nice feature to add. Possibly have it be locked by default, and have some sort of 'Edit' button to unlock it.

    Commenting that I would love this, it's a constant problem for me not sure what happened but the app on desktop now has a sort of lag where I will click on a server and it hangs for a moment and if I move my mouse in that movement it gets all kinds of screwy.
