Highlight chat lines on mouse hover for better UX.

Highlight chat lines on mouse hover for easier identification of target for editing and context menu usage.
(see below image)

A really simple feature that would stop me from starting to edit the wrong line of chat all the time only to see the line I'm on after I've clicked edit.
