Add the "Report to Discord's Trust & Safety team" to mobile

This is a feature that should have been implemented at the same time as it was on desktop. Most of the time, I'm on my phone when we're raided, and I have no choice but to either leave the NSFW images in the channel, which makes people angry, and wait for another mod who's on a desktop to click the report and delete button. This is only applicable to Android.
