Server-side font settings for individual servers

Ability for server admins and other folks with appropriate permissions to set different actual fonts to be used for different text elements of the server. For example, there could be a number of UI element groups that can be set to use a specific font: channel names, user names, server name, roles, text in the text channels, etc.. Fonts could be uploaded to the server and stored there (1 font for each UI group), so when a new user joins their client quickly fetches font files from the server.
