As a Server Administrator I have trouble giving out appropriate permissions to my Mods & Mod Trainees.
Manage Roles includes: give/take roles from users, create new roles, edit existing roles, delete existing roles.
Manage Messages includes: delete other users messages, pin messages, unpin messages.
For my taste there are too many delicate permissiosn thrown together. I wish they were more seperated.
For example I might want some of my Staff to be able to give/take roles, but not to be able to also edit existing roles. The latter should be an admin only task.
Also I wish they can delete messages like spam or verbal attacks, but I might not want them to be able to touch pins.
