Make Hackathon actually useful

Make people be able to "mod" the Discord client. So people being able to add in new features and at the end of it Discord's team would check if there's harmful code and if it looks ok then they would publish it to Discord Canary.

  There are new features coming out on Discord almost every week I do not think it's necessary to include open source features.
