Ability to center/left aligne/justify Text

This would allow users to have more options when it comes to formatting, and allows it so servers can set up nice looking welcome pages, ect. for all devices. This plus being able to change the color of text without having to use code blocks would be a great addition to the discord chatting features.

  Bad idea. You should get a bot to do it thru an embed.
