Feature tweak request: Option to not receive "Join" and "Leave" desktop notifications at all

I want and need desktop notifications.

But the so-and-so just joined or left is totally annoying and pointless for me.

Currently, desktop notifications are all or nothing.  PLEASE allow finer control.
