Feature to help stop accidental reposting

What I am suggesting is a feature that can be turned on in your settings on both mobile and desktop, that will notify you if you have posted that specific image in that channel and/or server.

The reason I believe this would be beneficial is that I am often sending memes to friends in several different servers, and due to my high volume of memes in many different servers, as well as other things taking up my mind, i often lose track of what I posted where. This would help by notifying me if I am reposting the image, though, it would be a setting that could be changed.
