Fix Screenshare Choppiness

The choppiness on the screenshare feature is horrible. My friends and I love playing Minecraft together but some of us share accounts. We screen share to see what each other is doing while they play. The choppiness makes this process horrible and we can't see what they're doing because it keeps cutting.
