Buttons disappear on small screens when UI is scaled

Hi., I use Discord on my Win10 Tablet and changed ui scale to 110 or a bit more but buttons like add friend are not visible anymore. Is it possible to add a scrolling button bar to show all buttons on every screen size and scaling option?

    I can't scroll all the way down or all the way to the right because it doesn't fit ok my screen apparently. Help? I want a fix without having to get the app. I can't even log out because the button doesn't appear no matter how hard I try to scroll!
