Nitro Boost shouldn't force you to rank up to 2 in order to get Server banner with and without gif as an option.

As a person who comes from G+ and loved the fact that each community can have their own banner's FOR Free was the most amazing thing, heck, even your own account could have a profile picture and a banner, just like facebook or g+. 

So if you really insist on monetizing this then, atleast make it an option to purchase the option to have server banner with and or without gif's and seperate that from other rank's/tiers, that's what makes each community more unique and distinct, it was one of the most coolest aspect, to have a community have it's own indentity, but now you're forced to rank up to level 2 and not everybody is willing to pay the price to server boost for various reasons. 

But as i stated up above, if you really do not wanna make it "free" make it a seperate purchaseable option, maybe max 2 or 5 USD. for that and it's a permanent thing only for that specific community, so it's not tied to your account, but you would have to be the owner of the community you created and then pay for server banner with/without gif for 2-5 USD. 

So to summarize it:

- Make server banner a seperate isolated purchase option.

- Only owners of the specific community can purchase this server banner option and if let's say you purchase this option, you can only select 1 community that will have access to this option, but if you want another community in which and where you're the owner, you would have to purchase it again.
