Search messages by what time they were sent

Sometimes scrolling to find a specific message takes a while to do, even if you're searching through only the messages that were sent that day. However, if you remember the time that it was sent, with this feature, it'll be easier.

This can be similar to the search by date feature. You could be able to search a message before a certain time, or after a certain time, but it would only be during the current day. However, you could combine it with the search by date feature (e.g. before 7/18/19, before 12:00 PM) to get more results.
