Go Live is a good idea.

 

Another good idea: Ability to archive Go Live streams to YouTube or similar other service. Like, once you are done streaming you are presented with an "Archive? (Y/N)" choice. "Yes" sends the file to whatever service then wipes it from Discord Servers, No immediately deletes it.

  This. Especially since we have the ability to connect our discord to services such as Twitch, Mixer, and YouTube.

  This is the single missing feature that would be make give it a shot over Twitch. I stream fighting game tournaments and having a VOD available right after is a must.

  Yes, I use OBS simultaneously but it would be much nicer on the hardware if discord could just do this itself
