Scrollable codeblock

Now that Blockquotes are a thing, there's no need to have use the code blocks for quoting (which wasn't its prupose anyway).

Reading code in a codeblock is unberable, lines tend to be lengthy due to indentation and having them split when they reach the limit makes it really hard to read the code at first sight, forcing you to read it as if you were reading a text.

Months ago, discord introduced scrollable codeblocks, but as people where using codeblocks for quotes (which isn't they prupose) they removed it because it made it harder to read the text, but instead, the code (the prupose of the tag) was easier and fancier.

Bring it back or I cry.
