Random emote feature for the question block in the emote picker

I could see it as a nice touch for the question block to actually behave like, you know, a question block. Right now the question block in the emote picker just puts you on the "server emotes" category, and that it fine, but then wouldn't it be kinda awesome if you either held it down, or double clicked it, and you either got to a random place in the emote picker, or the emote picker chose a completely random emote for you!
