Discord Nitro Giveaway server

Hey, i am the owner of a server that gives away discord nitro every week and was wondering if this is somehow against tos? its not one of those "invite 10 people for nitro". you just join the server, react to the giveaway message wait and pray u win. thats it. im not promoting anyone to invite people, if they want to invite people that is fine but i am not rewarding them for it or for anything else. its purely luck based. i just started thinking about this recently because i really dont want to get banned off discord lol so if this is against tos or the  guidelines i'll take the server down right away

ALSO

the nitro codes are not generated by some shady program, i buy them myself after each giveaway ends, with my own money, from my own card

    if its not fraudulent it’s definitely okay! as far as I know are Giveaways not against the TOS, also the big GiveawayBot is in millions of servers and still active soo

    100% fine and very generous of you. Most of the invite x members or join this server usually can be scams to get new users. Thank you for being one of the good people in this world.

    You are allowed to do that. As long it doesn't violate the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service... you are good to go!
