Ability to report discord staff.
Hello, I made a ticket and I was asking questions, rather than answering the staff member closed it. I replyed for them to answer, but they just kept closing it. I made a ticket to report them, but it got assigned to them and they closed it for comments. I went to discord staffs DMS, but because discord staff are "never wrong" they just said it was because of spamming even though I wasn't. It would be cool if there was a way to report the discord agents on the website.

this problem is real and therefore I agree with you completely. Try to contact the Discord developers personally, or to the discord itself

just out of interest, can i may ask what was you question to the support in first place? Maybe they saw your request as stupid/troll/something

It's a problem I have been having, my mobile phone number is not working to verify anything with discord. They told me it was. "Illegible for use" I asked them why and they literally just kept giving me the same copy/paste type thing. I did get a little mad saying that I dont really care if they can remove it the requirement to verify by phone or not and I just want to know why my phone number is "illegible or use" to verify.
