every server owner has gone through it or will go through it 

a user who is endlessly entering the server and offending people 

in my opinion vpn users could not even create accounts since they can do anything they want to be banned and come back 

and easy to detect a vpn, even netflix does this just see how many accounts are logging into a single ip from that any account that logs into the vpn ip will be blocked and with phone recovery confirming a code 

and yes the discord has a certain protection against this but it doesn't work because I can still create an account with vpn in brazil and change my location and keep doing that endless ip's

    Hello there,

    Already when vpn is opened in discord application, the robot automatically detects and locks the account. He asks him to verify with his phone number, the developers are very good at this.

    It will be better for you to open your feedback in English.

    oh sorry for that

    hmmm that feature, it does not work properly 

    because i can create a account with a installed vpn or even a browser vpn (extension)

    and yes if you don't spam members, the account it won't be locked 

    vpn's that i used:

    zenmate-extension for google chrome 

    uVPN-extension

    kaspersky secure connection- traffic routed in my OS 

    so YES this protection doesn't work as expected
