Streaming Requests That Would Be Kinda Crazy...

2 things that would be nice to have:

1. People should be able to see streams in the channel, even though they do not have perms to join or view the channel themselves. Private channels are nice to have/be in, but when you want to stream, you have to go to a public channel in order for people to watch. Kinda wack :<

2. For streaming some video games (specifically valorant), the in game voice chat is not picked up by discord when you stream the application. When people have push to talk to mute and talk in game only, you can't hear anything. Also it's just annoying in general to not hear in game interaction.

If I'm just super slow and these things already exist please let me know :>
