Discord overlay movable

Right now discord overlay only allow you to move to 1 of 4 corners of screen and that is quite limited.

The idea is making the overlay moveable using an anchor (maybe on the top-left of the overlay) so that the overlay does not block some critical information in game when someone is talking. (Like me, i play EVE online and my corp mate doesn't want to use mumble, that's why we use discord but it keeps blocking the current system info on the top left)
