Suggestion - DM Read Confimred
A little UI like messenger, where it shows their pfp or a tick icon whenever they have read the message and maybe a transparent tick for the un read messages. This only be for DMs of course or group dms.
It would really help for people when they say something and their friend doesn't respond. How do you know if they have read it?

Ehh I always thought that added a level of stress if they're the kinda person who reads but needs more time to respond, so you don't always know why you're left on read. Though I won't deny the convenience of just knowing your message has been read in general.
