Increase Upload Limit with Level 1 Server Boost

Servers with a level 2 and 3 boost have a 50 MB and 100 MB upload limit for all users. I thought why not have servers with a level 1 boost have an increased upload limit? The upload limit for level 1 boosted servers could be 25 MB.

  Discord is free and 2 boosts are way more affordable than 15, storage is sadly not free and they have to stay profitable enough.

  I think for server boost level 1, Discord should bump up the upload limit to at least around 18MB.
