Mute incoming calls (mute ringtone without declining call)

Add a close button on the incoming call popup thing. The button closes the popup and mutes the ringtone sound, without declining the call. This is really useful if your friends keep calling you all the time but you don't want to directly decline them.

Also, users should be able to make a keybind that mutes ringtone sound and closes popups. Would really help when you are ingame and you're trying to focus on the game, and you don't have the time to tab out and decline the call manually.
