Hidding gif and stuff, maybe delete to self

Have you ever got a gif so flashy and annoying that gives you a headache? We all have. I think it would be nice to be able to hide gifs on demand.

  I have annoyance and break of focus due to constantly moving gifs or emotes, so it would be nice if we could hide messages for just us, not delete, but hide.
