Allow users to change sound coming from Discord.

Almost everything is said in the title. 

Allows a user to select a files as a connection to a voice channel sound.

Wumpus would be happy to here some bell when i connect to a server or some night sound when i disconnect.

This should be only for the client and not server side ( or maybe server side for Nitro users who can force sound )

 

This can help for the server you pay more attention and you want a special sound.

Sorry for the mistake in english i'm a baguette wumpus.

    I love this, there could also be the option for servers to change the sounds from the server at a certain boost level.
