Banned from minecraft server bc of asking for help

So I was banned from minecraft server for dming 2 minecraft staff server and asked for help (How to play lucky block race) and I got banned for it like I just wanted to have fun and got banned

    Server staff can ban you for any reason you wish. In the end it's their server and if they don't want to deal with you then you'll end up banned.
