Improved UI for connection status of Voice chat members

I was having this issue earlier where I wasn't able to figure out the connection status of my fellow voice channel members, mainly if they are actually present and talking or are stuck in various errors like: RTC Connecting, Awaiting Endpoint, No Route, etc. So my suggestion would be to add a little connection status icon next to the voice chat members. An illustration for the same is mentioned in the attached Image. This will definitely improve the User Experience of a lot of members who would probably be facing a similar issue.
