Customisable UI and Language

allow us to have more UI customisation to discord ( change the theme to red, dark, light, green, nature etc) and servers change theirs for certain chats ( football chat will have a stadium in the background or artwork chats will have artwork which could change in the background every minute ( with nitro boosting maybe wink wink more reason to get it (gif background))). And can we get a English (UK) in discord and in the discord websites
