Manual bans notifying the user

Discord added a feature saying "Uh-oh you've been banned" (or something along those lines), which is handy, and a step-up from not letting the user know why they can't join. Servers use bots to ban members because it actually DMs them/notifies them and tells them that they've been banned. I think that the user should be notified that they've been banned somehow, along with the reason provided. And maybe even some settings on the manual ban gui such as "include user that issued the ban in the notification message".
