Mouse interaction are top of windows needs to be larger

I am finding an issue across window PCs. With any other program in windows mode, for example the file explorer, Chrome, Fusion360 etc you can move your cursor to the top of the screen (when they are maximised) and easily left click and drag to another window.

Discord weirdly requires you to exactly click on the small strip of bar. For some reason the cursor does not register if you just push the cursor to the top of the screen.

Everyone I know has this issue so it is not specific to my system.
