QuickSwitcher (Ctrl+K) should parse user notes

I personally put people's real names in the notes field under their profile since some of them change their usernames and pfps too much. I think it would be useful to be able to search these notes.

As for the method, you could either send the search to the server and have it search all the user's friends' notes, or cache all friends' notes locally and search that.
