Change notification delivery to last used discord instance first.

Instead of relying on pinging devices because a message was unread. 

How about sending a notification of something happening, like a text message in a PM. To the last used discord instance...

Be it an android phone, discord in chrome, where ever.

Now all notifications are send to the running (in background, minimized, just in the system tray) desktop app, even if you used discord on a tablet last. The tablet will never receive notifications unless you close the desktop app.
