Allow rainbow nicknames

I think it might be an amazing idea to allow a role to slowly fade to different colors of the rainbow, or even of your choice! Maybe even make it to where it can be assigned to anyone, but it only works on nitro users or boosters? Maybe even a boost level perk?! Not sure about specifics, but I think if its a slow fade, and if it's set up correctly it will be an amazing feature.
