[Suggestion] Server Maintenance Mode

It would be a very useful feature to have when performing maintenance on servers. All members except owners aren't allowed to access the server until maintenance mode is turned off.

Maybe an easily accessible button on the GUI would be a trigger.

If anyone has something to add to this suggestion go ahead and leave a comment below.

Note that I already contacted the support team and they agreed that it would be a good implementation. You could help by upvoting this post.

    Very good initiative!

     

    i wonder this is a plus for owners and improve in real time the maintenance and it would be something better to ease the work of the staff.

    I think adding in the ability to indicate an expected return to normal server activities (like "server maintenance will finish on [time] [DD/MM/YY]"), and maybe an ability for members to opt-in to server-specific auto-DMs sent to them when a server they opt in for goes on maintenance, would help make sure people are kept updated and that the server would, indeed, be returning.
