Video playback issue on iOS

When playing a video on iOS Discord, sometimes the video will randomly pause while watching - as far as I know, this issue does not occur in the Android version.

  Same. I reported it to dTesters and they said it was intentional and it’s just downloading the cache
  Most likely an iPhone only issue
