Server Icon Improvements

I would love the ability to change the size of the server icons in the bar on the left (on desktop) to maybe 2/3 of what they are now, so I can fit more there. In fact, some kind of better server management panel - maybe the bar on the left is just my favorite servers, but I can slide it out to see all of the ones I've joined but am only going to once in a blue moon. 

And while we are on the topic, being able to set an icon for a server group would also be nice.
