Independent chat window

I think it would be a good idea to have a separate pop-up window for private messages. This would only apply to the computer application. Think of it as a steam message window. When you receive the message you have the option to open the window. The reason for this is so you can communicate with people even when your in a server, without having to switch back and forth between what chat messages you can see.

The option for a pop-up window can appear when you get a message, and then also appear next to a current conversation. This way you don't have tons of pop-ups on your screen when someone messages you. 

All messages will be in the same location as they are right now, but just have the option to bring them out of the main application when needed.

    I only agree with this as long as this setting is able to be enabled/disabled

    This. Just need the same option that Steam has, to have separate windows for each chat (not tabbed). It's so annoying when it's stuck to the whole interface.
