Don't show unread messages badge for blocked users' messages

This has been posted a few times but its still extremely obnoxious that the unread messages badge appears on any server for any message regardless of the source of the message. On most other platforms blocking a user is tantamount to muting all interactions from them but when I share a server with someone I don't want to see the badge light up for people I've told Discord I don't want to interact with.

    I second this. It seems like bug reports on here NEVER get answered though :\

    This has been a problem for one server I'm on.  There is a user who just replies "cool" or with a thumbs up to nearly every post in every channel, all day long. 

    They/we really don't want to ban them b/c they may be a little slow or something and they should have a chance to interact with people in their hobby. 

    But we have like 100 channels they all show new messages all the time and it's just a bunch of thumbs up.  (we have repeatedly tried to explain about reacting in-line but it's just not happening).  If mute didn't show a new message indicator that would be a huge relief for the other 500+ members who are checking channels all day for yet another thumbs up.
