Add ability to copy other peoples username#tag from right click menu

Just like the "Copy User ID", but this would copy username#1234

(Both in chat and member list)

  You can already do this on PC by going to their profile and highlighting their username#tag and pressing Ctrl + C
  
  This is a great idea though cause not everyone knows how to do that and a lot of people use the mobile version of Discord
