Split Text Channel
As an artist on art servers, I find it difficult to look at an image and discuss it. When a discussion happens, the image we are discussing gets buried in the comments. This makes it harder to keep the gallery clean while also looking at the work we are referencing. I would like to suggest a feature where a single text channel can be split into two to prevent this kind of clutter. It's not only useful for art, but for any type of work that requires feedback. It's useful for any type of channel that has a submission and discussion type of flow.
Normally, the obvious solution would be to have two separate channels. But the issue here is that people will not listen to the rules. Comments and discussion happen spontaneously. It's not useful to delete constructive criticism nor is it practical to kick everyone who does this. Therefore, a split channel is a more practical way to solve this issue. Also, two separate channels clutter up servers, making it hard to navigate discord. It also makes it hard sometimes to learn which channels are meant for what, you have to learn the rules for each server. But with split channels, it's clear that the two areas are related but have a separate purpose. Switching between channels over and over is not fun either, especially if you have notifications on with channels unmuted.

It is really a good suggestion. Having a channel that could be split in half, so everyone can access the both sides of the splits while they are in that one single channel.
But in the long run, it really isn't that much of a bit necessary. Simply because you can create another specific channel and tell the members to only send images or arts there.
Then when you want to discuss of any images in that channel, you go to your {#chat-channel} and simply use the title or tag of that image to discuss about it.I don't really think having two split channels could really do that much of work. It could make some kind of fuss in user's view/interface of the screen or somewhat puzzle them. You already have the access to create two different text-channels. You can upload images in one with titles or tags, and on the other one: use those tags of images to discuss about them.
