Embed message links in a similar way to GIFs to replace current quote feature

The message link would disappear and be replaced with an embed showing the author, time, and content of the original message. When clicking on the quoted message (except for the username/icon) it will jump you to the message, a functionality already in discord. If you quote a message with a quote, it just shows the url to prevent nested quotes. Quoting someone doesn't have to mention someone, but if this replaces the quote feature it should have an automatic mention added.

This has the benefit of: edits/deletes updating quotes, easy to find context if it's an old quote, removing the clutter of the incredibly long message links, and it just looks nicer than the current quote feature.

  I think that discord released an update to this on canary (check the reddit post) I hope this comes out within this year since it looks really cool.
