Increase Video Chat Capabilities

With so many teachers now using Discord for online learning, it would be incredibly useful to have a higher Video Chat Capacity for voice channels. Even if it were to only be available to channels boosted with nitro for the higher bandwidth cap, many teachers need more than 25 people in a channel that involves video.

    Seriously. How is there a cap like this?  We cant have two people hold a video chat if there are more than 25 people in a room, even with a Server Booster in the room and  boosted server?
