A user metadata field per user per server

I've made a bot that retrieves player information (rankings, results, etc) from a web service and displays it. Also sets user roles based on different ranges of user rankings.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a user metadata field per user per server that would allow my bot to show each player's exact rating when their username is clicked or their profile is viewed. So when you see a user card that currently has their name+discrim, profile pic, roles, it will also have a separate field where some text metadata can be set by bots/admins.
