Add latex formatting

In the time of this pandemic, more and more students are using discord to communicate. While it might not be the case for many students, an especially large group of discord using students include computer science and math students. It would be amazing to be able to express mathematical equations through discord so we can talk about it. I was thinking about latex formatting in the chat, and the equations to be formatted that way. An alternative now is to use a not that does this, but it's exactly the kind of workaround that's just not elegant right now. So basically, my request is that the chat be able to write mathematical equations using latex formatting

    Engineering students looking for this too!!

    LaTeX may be more than what we are looking for, LaTeX is a full formatting engine. KaTeX is an open-source subset that only implements the math formatting from LaTeX and a few math extensions. It is what is used with Markdown for multiple platforms (GitLab for example).

    I sent in a request for this as well. Whole engineering and computer science dept in my college are using discord to study and collaborate which is excellent for programming modules but excruciating for math
