More Screenshare settings

I'm an avid user of the screen share feature in discord but one thing I really wanted was being able to temporarily blind users who are watching from seeing me log in and stuff, without having to stop stream and re enable it, I think being able to blind users from seeing what is going on would really help. :)

    This will be awesome. At least have permission to set who can watch the go-live
