make pinging a role with a large amount of people warn you

I have been tricked multiple times into pinging @member when quoting someone to reply to them, if you were to add either a warn or disable pings that are located in a quote that would be nice.

  Not even that, what is going on with you guys? You can literally add a bot that warns people and even delete the message of a mass ping, and omg there is a WHOLE feature on the discord server that turns off mass mention. No. I'm disliking this.
