Discord Overlay Tab missing

I have ben trying to get discord overlay to work, and every video already has the overlay tab. However I don't have one. I installed discord on my MacBook Pro, and yet don't have it. Usually people say overlay is under games, but it's not in my settings at all. Please help a girl out.

  Discord's Overlay doesn't support macbook, I think its only windows.
